Dr IBEUN Moses Oladele – Chairman
Dr. Ibeun is a reknown Librarian with specialisation in the areas of Fisheries and aquatic studies. He has numerous publication and journal to his credit. He was awarded A Fellow of the Fisheries Society of Nigeria as recognition of his extensive activities with fisheries information and libraries in Nigeria. He has been the lead advocate for making Nigerian Fisheries literature internationally visible. He was one time a Director of the Nigerian Instute of Fresh water Fisheries in Niger state. Dr Ibeun is a Ph.D. holder from University of Ibadan, Oyo state, Nigeria. He is happily married and blessed with wonderful children. He is widely travelled and is widely sought by so many international bodies as a speaker on fishery studies particularly using Nigeria as a case study. He is a conference speaker and consultant for FAO and also a visiting lecturer on Library studies and information science.
Olanrewaju Oreoluwa - Director
Ore has vast experience spanning a decade and half across various functions and industries in Nigeria. He has experience cutting across banking, telecoms, Brewery, IT to mention these few. He had at various times held management positions in companies such as Vmobile (now Airtel), Nigerian Breweries, Etisalat and Multilinks Telkom. He left multilinks as sales and marketing Director to pursue other interests. He is a core commercial guy with specialisation in demand management, key account management, channel management, territorial delineation and mapping, sales force automation and commercial ERP implementation e.t.c he has a combined experience in GSM and CDMA environments giving a broad experience in the telecom landscape. He was the pioneer head of channel in one the Telcos where he took sales to over N7b monthly within a space of three years. He is been involved in various projects including SIM registration, Trade discount structure and design, company-wide cost reduction projects e.t.c. He is a graduate of University of Ibadan and Yaba College of Technology. He is a full member of Nigerian Institute of Management, Chartered Institute of Marketing and instate of Sales and Marketing Management in the UK (MNIM, MCIM and MinstSMM) Ore has published some his thoughts and ideas in professional journals and local newspapers. He is happily married with beautiful kids.
Benjamin Ejiogu – Commercial Team Lead / Head of Operations
Ben is the commercial team lead. He has an MBA from Federal University of Technology FUTA. Ben was one of the pioneer staff at Multichoice Nigeria where he assisted to build the direct marketing team. He was instrumental to the growth of the Dealer network while he was there. Ben also delved into hospitality business as a consultant helping various hotels and restaurants at the initial set up phase.
Olushola Babatunde A. – Techical Team Lead
Shola is the Technical Team Lead. This Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Cisco Certified Network Association (CCNA), and Harris certified microwave Engineer is a professionally competent Communications and Wireless Transmission Systems installation, design and Implementation Engineer with deep knowledge of the Nigerian telecommunication network development and integration. He was actively involved in the installation, commissioning and testing of many network roll out backbone rings and access links including that of MTN, Celtel, M-Tel, Cellcom, Oduatel and Bell Benin in Cotonou. Prior to joining Optimus Telecoms Services Limited he has worked in several organizations in Nigeria both as systems/Network Engineer and Transmission Engineer for Bacom Communications and Symba Technology. He is a very practical person who has passion for upholding international engineering standards and practices. His believe in Optimus Telecoms Services Limited’s Mission made him to join hands with other Management team of the company as the head of operation.
Oluyemi Adeola – Operations Team Lead ( GSM & CDMA)
The Operations Team Lead ( GSM & CDMA) is a professional expert in Communications and Wireless Transmission Systems, Transmission Network Planning, Design, Implementation, Maintenance and RF Planning. He is a Harris certified Microwave Transmission Engineer, Elcotel Payphone Certified Installer and DaRT Certified Installer (Configuration & Software). He has developed a deep passion for Transmission Line of Sight Survey and unequalled strength in Transmission Systems Design & Planning, Link Analysis and Microwave Link Design using Path Loss IV and Network design and implementation of spread spectrum radios. He holds a Master of Project Management Degree as well as M.Sc Degree Communication/Electronic Engineering both of University of Lagos. He actively participated in the Transmission Network Design for many network operators including Mtel, NITEL, Celtel, Globacom, Reltel, Cellcom, Intercellular and Bell Benin Republic amongst many others. Before pitching tent with Optimus Telecoms Services Limited he has worked in several telecommunications engineering companies including African Telecommunications Network Limited, Blue Chip Communication Nigeria Limited and NEC. He is a member of prominent professional bodies including Nigeria Society of Engineers, Institute of Electrical Engineer United Kingdom, North American Cartographic Information Society (NACIS), U.S.A and Nigerian Institute of Management.
Adebeshin Edward – Head of Finance
The Head of Finance works with Optimus on a consultancy and advisory capacity. He is a graduate of Economics and a Chartered accountant with vast experience cutting across audit practice, stockbroking e.t.c.
Abosede Bandipo – Head of Human Resources and Admin
The Head of Human Resources and Management Services graduated from Federal Polytechnic Offa and Lagos state university specialising in management science. She is a member Insttitute of Management. He is an associate member of Nigerian Institute of Management
